Description
A very spacious two double bedroom apartment with large open plan living and kitchen areas for relaxing and entertaining. The apartment boasts original slate flooring throughout, and a double sofa bed in the living area to accommodate an additional two guests. The master bedroom features it's own en-suite with a further family bathroom with bath and shower facilities.
The spacious living area had fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, washer drier, dishwasher and microwave. There is dining seating for six and the sofa bed converts for the fifth and sixth guest. There is a TV, DVD and freeview TV. Full central heating throughout and all bed linen and towels are supplied.
This basement apartment overlooks the dockyard and does not have Sea Views. You may experience some noise in the mornings from the dockyard as it is in a working harbour area. Please not that this apartment does not have any outdoor space.

We were very happy with our stay at the Rum store. It was well appointed and located wonderfully in Penzance. We liked it so much we extended our stay with them. We would recommend this spot to anyone. Our family of 4 were very comfortable with lots of space. The only complaint we had was the intermittent internet but did not impact us at all and would not change our view of this wonderful holiday rental!
I've just stayed at the Rum Store for a few rainy days in November. The place was clean and well fitted, and there was even milk in the fridge and fresh flowers on the table when I arrived. Nigel was so helpful, nothing was any trouble. Lovely stay, thank you!
