CHERRY TREE LODGE is a large semi-detached country house with an extensive garden and recreation area to the rear of the property. The rear garden offers safe sanctuary to families with young children which can be gated off on both sides of the property. There is also a concreted patio area which is ideal for barbeques. The house is situated on a quiet country road with rolling fields and pretty woodland copses to explore.
THE GROUND FLOOR comprises of a large comfortable lounge with French windows opening up to the rear gardens. There is a separate dining area, and a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dryer.
Access to the gardens from the kitchen is through the kitchen stable door. The house has full oil fired central heating along with an electric immersion.
THE FIRST FLOOR consists of three double bedrooms, the master bedroom having an extra single bed. The bedrooms all have their own wash basins, mirrors and shaver points. All the bedrooms have large built in wardrobes and vanity units. The views from all bedrooms are attractive rural scenes overlooking fields and woodlands. There is modern bathroom with toilet and shower.
The first floor landing also leads via French windows onto a rear balcony area with views overlooking the gardens and fields out to the south west of the property, and summer sunsets beyond the distant hills can be truly spectacular.
PARKING The house has generous parking for 2-3 vehicles. On street parking immediately outside the house is unrestricted making it easy to park additional vehicles on this country road location.
